There's another letter being delivered to our friends and it isn't a NLI

We need one of the shitheads to get lined up to post a bruiser level soliloquy on how this second NOA delivered inside of a week's time is simply nothing to get excited about. Everyone knows that these things are perfectly normal for elite recruiting programs. And leghumpers everywhere should consider the Redmond example since it is identical. IDENTICAL, I tell ya!11!1!

I would love for that to be true, of course, but how would anyone know that the NCAA is planning on sending something else out?

So, second letter----that either means more infractions or it means they ran out of printer ink and had to finish printing the pages of the initial letter at the start of the following work week.

In either case, THEY knew about it all before hand.**

I hate to disappoint you, but there is no way in hell the NCAA is sending a second notice of allegations to UM. That just makes no sense at all. It will be hilarious if I'm wrong though.

This is my question as well.
While the NCAA has its faults, I don't see them being this transparently sadistic to a member institution.
If they knew another set of infractions was imminent, would they not have just waited to include them all in one all-encompassing letter?

Why would they send a second letter a day later ?

They waited over 2 years to issue the letter for the women's basketball and track infractions that UM had already pretty much admitted to. Whatever is in this letter is all there is. And what's in this letter is going to be bad. Best case for UM is multiple violations in 3 different sports, and 2 different head coaches in 1 of the sports. That's pretty 17ing bad.

If there are two separate investigations with one completed and the NOA sent, then wouldn't a second NOA be justified for the other investigation, as the AP reported there was still an ongoing OM investigation? It doesn't make sense that it would be sent right on the heels of the first one, although it could be possible if that investigation has been completed. If we knew, what was in that first one, then it would be easier to speculate on this.

Pretty sure they consolidated the two investigations before they sent the letter. We know the Tunsil stuff is in this letter. If that's in, I don't know what else they would be investigating as a separate investigation. Hell, this one letter covers at least 5 years, 3 sports, and 4 head coaches.

I know Ole Miss could end all negative speculation by simply releasing the letter. The fact that they prefer the negative speculation to revealing the actuality is telling.
