it should be clear by now - no way Okafor over Towns

Towns stock just keeps rising - if he played the entire game, he might have pulled off a triple double (including blocks).

The kid is just now hitting his stride. No way would I take Okafor (who is a very good player - no knock on him) over Towns. I just think Towns is more versatile - he can pass, he has a jumper, is a good free throw shooter , has great court vision, can run the break and players killer defense as a rim protector.

Just hope Towns goes to a team that will maximize use out of his combination of abilities. He could be a special player in the league. And he's got this competitive drive about him that I just can see any GM saying no to. He's a winner.

Okafor may still be bothered by that ankle, and Towns comes down court and throws in a lefty hook. Not to mention all the blocks and continuing to fill the lanes.

It just depends on what the NBA team needs. If it's Philly, they're taking Towns over Okafor to pair with Noel or Embiid.

Towns gets two tough rebounds, gets knocked to the floor on his shot, and no foul is called. He doesn't complain, or pout. Gets up runs down court and blocks the Gators shot.
