Check out Sesame online. I use them since my doc retired. I had to buy a blood pressure monitor ($60) and show them my readings every couple months, but I visit my doctor every couple months online, he orders blood work locally, and it all gets sent to him. I never leave my house. My prescriptions are mailed to me. You can use insurance, but I just pay direct. It costs like $50-$75 an online visit.
