He passed away from sepsis. He had chrons disease I believe it was. There was a video from his brother.
Crohns is an autoimmune disease. If it was sepsis in a non elderly guy it was either a direct complication such as perforation of the colon allowing enteric bacteria to escape the colon or a secondary effect of immunosuppressants he needed to treat the disease causing him to be vulnerable to opportunistic infection.

Correct. Covid vaccine might cause inflammation of the heart muscles that will cause myocarditis or myopathy.
