Who's all making the trip to Bloomington this weekend? I'm thinking about it... Also wondering how hard it will be to get tickets there...

Used to be so easy to get tickets to an IU-Bloomington game. Now that they opened so many sections up to students over the years and the Romeo phenomena, tickets are tight this year.

I live in Washington.In.(IU fan) Zeller's hometown. .
I was thinking of heading up I69 to the game.
Scalpers will be out..But if you're thinking of spending $100 and sitting in the balcony. .Don't !!
You'll be better off in front of the t.v.
For a decent ticket you'll be in the $140 -$170..That'll put in the row 25 -40 range..
First 15 rows will be $200 or more.
On a side note) The Cardinals were always my second team. I followed as a kid especially the Grittith, Gordon,Wagner teams..And without a doubt .The Yum Center is a top notch stadium. .That place is nicer than many pro team's stadium. .I 've seen some great concerts in there.

Decent advice and thanks for the props. On Saturday it is game on the tube, pizza at Impelizeri's and hopefully a great concert at the Yum!

You won't be disappointed by Bob Seger. I saw him last year in Cincinnati and his voice hasn't lost a thing.

Thanks for the reply

I ended up getting tickets from vivid seats. 2 Lower Level section E row 37 behind the IU bench for $88 per ticket. Didn't wanna risk relaying on scalpers. Didn't think that was a bad deal since nose bleeds were going for $70 per ticket.

We are also staying the night in downtown Bloomington. Any bar or restaurant recommendations?
