Jackie Towns has passed away

The mother of former UK basketball player Karl Anthony Towns, Jackie Towns, has passed away today due to complications from the COVID-19 virus. Deepest sympathies to the Town’s family.

Very sad. One of my good friends grew up with the Towns family. She is devastated. May God be with them!

Covid-19 seems to be the great equalizer. It doesn't matter if you are well off or poor, educated or not, in great shape or not, religious or agnostic.
