Nice kick, for sure. What we really need is someone who is nearly automatic from 45 yards and in and hits EVERY SINGLE PAT. I'm hoping we don't ever have to try a 61-yard FG. We had a ton of trouble with 40-yarders last year to the point that Stoops would eschew the FG attempt at times (or certainly not play for it with the playcalling). And there is no excuse barring a horrible snap for a PAT not to be too high to block and through the uprights.

That is reasonable expectations. Regardless of how strong the leg is, those goalposts just aren't very wide from 50+ yards away. And PATs should be automatic unless a bad snap ot bobbled hold.

That quick 60 yarder off the ground will get you a job in the NFL before being automatic from 45 yards and in. Austin Mc will tell you that.
