The way I look at things is if you don't want to be at your current place then hit the road. Anyone can be replaced.

It depends greatly on who they replace him with. He was the best recruiter we had defensively. He'll be Lincoln's best as well. His history and contacts are pretty much all out West. He'll be missed on the recruiting trail for sure.

Naw Cain was a good one. The 'one that got away'. I'm thinking he waited until BV showed up to see if he had a spot for him. But BV hasn't hired his DC yet so I'm thinking Riley put the squeeze on him. "Come now or we're hiring someone else."
