Seems like a poor man's Frost at UCF. Runs a high-scoring offense, but he has a special QB and plays in a really weak conference.

Would he be able to consistently recruit the QB and offensive talent he needs to run this offense at a high level in the Big Ten? Would he bring his entire staff from Coastal, or would he go hire a better defensive coordinator and assistant coaches?

He will be around next year if we have to wait another year for Frost to have a 5th straight losing season.

He's been a head coach at the lower lever longer than Frost (since 2009), so one could argue Frost is a poor man's Chadwell.
