What happened with Green? The 4 star committed to Texas San Antonio? Why hasn't there been anything about it here? Lose such a top recruit to a sun belt team and nobody's talking about it. This guy had offers from all the big boys. Why Texas San Antonio?

Yes.... UTSA is in CUSA, where schools are allowed to accept a small number of academic nonqualifiers. What that means is even if he doesn't make his grades and qualifying test score, he can be on scholarship at UTSA and sit his freshman year. If he passes his classes, then he becomes eligible to play in year 2.
UofL did this with a few players back when we were in CUSA, but neither the Big East nor the ACC allow their schools to accept non-qualifiers.
