It's 100% how the real world works. Coaches are fired all the time.

In your world, Georgia would still have Richt and would be a she'll of what they are. Being scared to make a move shouldn't ever be a factor. Winning titles is the stated objective. Franklin wasn't capable.

And you dont alway hire a coordinator. If Urban or Saban want the job you give it to them. If Elko wants to leave A&M you fire him.

Just like Franlkin was my second choice more than a decade ago you have to be realistic. Franklin is a program builder....as is Rhule. Once the program is steady you fire them and find a coach to elevate the program. Simple concept.

Absolutely...if he doesn't make the playoff he's gone. 10th time he's lost as a favorite. That's unacceptable. They need to win out and a playoff game or I'd move on.

We understand all that matters is winning, right? Most people finally accept this is a pro sport now...which is has been for decades.

Unless you are the one putting it on the line actual effort in the win or loss your opinion is no better than the next guy because it has no affect on your personal life unless you are betting on games. Maybe adjust your life priorities as to not take a college football game outcomes so seriously?

He's pretty tied in there at Louisville. He was a very successful QB there back in the day

I don't attend games. I haven't in over a decade as I've explained here. And, again, if you would actually read I said i donate to Penn State and Northwestern. I'm not buying tickets with how they schedule.

I don’t have blue and white glasses. I think it is somewhere between 10-15 in jobs. Still better than Louisville in most areas.
