Kiffin is not expected to make any announcements until after the Egg Bowl. Also, 2 days ago? Flight tracking season is losing its touch.
How long have people been doing flight tracker posts? 20+? Maybe time we retire them.
Kiffin isn't coming to PSU. But regardless of who the candidates may be, if they wanted to keep meetings out of the public eye, they certainly wouldn't fly directly to State College. Everyone knows fans try to track flights. Any secret meetings would take place at a low-key location. For all we know, LSU or U of Florida may have paid for a flight from Oxford to State College to confuse people.
Or Kiffin's agent using his NetJets account to exert leverage on LSU or UF.

I don’t think Kiffin ever ends up at PSU. It doesn’t seem like a good fit. He’s more of an SEC guy and appears to have interest from both Florida and LSU. I could easily see him jumping to one of those positions.
It does seem really out of the ordinary though for a jet from Oxford Mississippi to go to State College. Given the paranoia of Ole Miss fans about losing Lane, I’m pretty sure any interviews would be held at neutral locations to obscure what they can.
I’m not sure Lane cares. In fact, I think he probably finds all of this amusing.
Flight tracking doesn’t cut it. Only sightings at the Tavern confirm who is a HC candidate.
I don't think he would be coming here BUT his daughter is a VBall player at USC and would make the transition easier for Lane if she transferred to the PSU Team - but he seems like a warm weather guy and he has family considerations as well with his other daughter at Ole Miss and ex wife there as well but he could really shake things up in the Big10 and as mentioned would have a much easier path in this conference to the CFP.
