Had a tough game against Golden State. But, Redick is quietly having his best season, imo. He's playing on a very talented team and averaging over 16 points a game and getting 40+ mpg, regularly.

In the month of March, he averaged 20.6 ppg. On a team with an all-star PG and all-star PF. Pretty great stuff. I'm a bigger fan of Golden State than the Clippers but hope JJ has a great playoff run.

Caught JJ's highlights the other night, he sure looked locked in. Amazing what hard work can do.

Its a testament to the hard work he put in to his game. He couldn't get on the court the first couple seasons because he was a defensive liability. But he worked his butt off. Kudos to JJ.

Most impressive factoid about JJ is that his scoring average has been consistently improving for 7 or 8 straight years. The man deserves a lot of credit for putting together a career that far surpasses almost all reasonable expectations. Personally, I though he was looking at something between Trajan Langdon (worst case) and Steve Kerry (best case) type career. I never could have envisioned that he'd become a regular starter and relatively high-volume scorer on a top 5-10 team in the NBA.

When JJ was playing for Duke it was a special treat to see him in the shoot around before the games. He put on a show. I seen him hit 10 bank shots in a row from 3 point land.

I posted several years ago that JJ would eventually make an impact. Of course I don't remember my exact words but it went something like having a player with his skills at that time of being a great free throw percentage shooter and long range shooter would be of value at the end of games . He has surpassed that and has become a all-around player and stater on a contender. OFC

Who remembers "Salim Stoudamire vs Redick"

No one questions Redick's ability any longer. He has met his expectations and managed to eclipse
