  1. Like that Frost is sticking by his boys — apparently he likes what he sees. No need to plug someone in for a season, he’s building confidence and focusing on our future

Huh??? So you’d want him to start 1 year but not 2??? He’s better than any QB we have.
Given his limited playing time, there’s no definitive basis to conclude Burrow’s better than what we have ... he might even be worse. I like Frost’s decision. Let’s look for transfers on the O-line and cornerbacks, where we really need them.

First off, I didn’t say he would win the job. However, if Frost wanted to redshirt Martinez, and Gebbia wasn’t quite ready to start and Vedral was not eligible, having a guy for one year, during the transition, would have allowed Frost to redshirt Martinez, keep Gebbia as a back up, along with Bunch and redshirt Vedral. But for the 2019 season, it would create a situation where you have 2 RS soph and a true soph battling a RS senior.

Not sure how you are so sure he's better than any QB we have here. He may be more mature because of his age, but I don't think it's definitive he's better. He was third string last year and couldn't win the starting job this year.

Nebraska legacy. That is all you need to know.

He might end up being a good QB..... BUT..... he wasn't good enough to be the starter at Ohio State! So I agree with not chasing him.

If his last name was Jones or Keller or Lee, would anyone care? Just because he has family ties here doesnt mean he is all world. I think some guy named Frost has a better handle on the QB situation than we do.

All of this talk is taking up valuable space that could be used to bring back the yoga pants thread.
