He’s 70 now but he’s about Huggs’ age. His wife hates Morgantown but it has to be better than f$&king Detroit.

Plus his son, Patrick ran into some hard times recently with very little explanation as to what happened. This would be an opportunity for him to transition Patrick back into a position to succeed where they both experienced great success.

John Beilein moved back to Ann Arbor back in 2020. Has a nice house down the street from a friend of mine who owns a large manufacturing company in Saline.

Wish WVU would do me a favor and hire Juwan Howard.

What? Did I say something untrue that you guys “talked about on the Blue Lot yesterday“ and are suddenly more enlightened than me?

If you feel that I’m taking this too hard, then you need a new job when you’re paid to cover WVU and you can’t absorb what impact these past 24 hours will have on our entire athletic department for years to come.

I would take Beilein back this instant. His first team was a hair away from a .500 season with FIVE Freshmen. Can you imagine what he could do with this current roster? Plus it gives Baker a chance to do a full unrushed coaching search.

Get over it and move on . There are better and younger coaches ready to move up.

You mean if this roster stayed together. Plus these guys really aren't JB types.

We will know tomorrow how may will stay and how many will leave.
They need to hire a coach fast. Unless they want to clean house completely and burn the following season. I believe the team sticks. But you can bet the fultures are circling. Me, I would at least give Jay Wright a call.

Because Jay Wright drops everything and signs on with WVU this week.

There are no big names coming here overnight. We may have the potential to land a big name, but it will take some serious money (which we already were paying to Huggins) and probably a long negotiation process.

So best bet is scrap it all and start from scratch.
