Regardless of why he left, the timing was perfect. He left a sinking ship at GU and wound up on the surprise of the ACC-Georgia Tech

He's 1 out of 2 on timing. Collins wanted him on the staff at NU when he was hired and he missed a historic season.

Agreed Good break for Crean. The NY Media is reporting Patrick Ewing, but I believe that is just wishful thinking on their part.
