Because he is from a small school in Kentucky and because he is coming to UK and not a school like OSU or Georgia
Don't know how Georgia gets put in with tOSU, we have 16 commits, and every single one of them dropped in this last rating, we have 2 for 17 and both of those dropped. If a kid we are recruiting says something positive about another school he comes to our board and links it. He still defends ranking Hurd above Chubb when Hurd didn't even play his sr year of HS. As a frosh after Chubb's first start and he averaged 4 ypc and Hurd averaged about 4.5 per carry, he came to our board that night to point it out and defend his rankings. He is biased and unprofessional, the rest of Rivals are pretty good at what they do, but he isn't an unbiased reporter, and I am sure his input had a good deal to do with everyone of our commits dropping.
