I had no interest n getting into the pit but one of the girls we went with kept shoving me in. I took a beating, she turned out to be a lesbian. All in all though, a fun night!
I was in the FIDLAR pit in a London club (gay) and almost separated my shoulder fending off an angry 200 pounder lesbian. Shitt is rough

see me? Lost my fav State hat in this pit

Not to hijack the brilliant original post/thread, but...

Back in the day, we sort have had to purchase "greatest hits" albums. We all had regular albums/cassettes of the Stones, Beatles, Floyd, Bruce, Zep, etc. But some artists didn't seem to warrant the cost of buying everything when you could get all the songs you wanted on one album.

Comes to mind (early 80's West Halls):

* Simon and Garfunkel
* James Taylor
* Wings
* Animals
* Mamas and the Papas
* Eagles
* Skynyrd Gold & Platinum

Any others come to mind?

Got my head kicked- literally- at a Rancid concert at Hammerjacks in Baltimore 30 or so years ago. Loved the concert, didn’t enjoy the bloody nose.

LOL. Hammerjacks it was a Balto. Institution before they ruined it and moved it.

Too funny. I was at Balto. gay pride a few years ago, ok probably about 10 years ago. Was walking behind 2 police officers and over heard them talking. The one said to the other this isn't a bad gig and the guys seem friendly but those lesbians are mean. :ROFLMAO:

Bruce Dickinson urged people during the concert I saw told people to "knock the f'ing mushing off". It was after there had been incidents at concerts at the time.
