It sounded loud on TV. More so in the first half than the second. Liked the "just like football" chant late in the game.

Sanjay came up huge. Great defense and his dunk in the first half almost blew the roof off of Welsh Ryan. I would say it was 65-35 NU fans over IU. Loved the Tom is on the floor chants by the students who came out in force. Good tidbit Crean basically gave CC a drive by handshake before the game. Totally classless and the IU fans that I sat next to have had enough of him. He might get another year due to injuries, but he is a poor coach. Vic Law is a shut down defender. What a huge difference to have him on the floor every night. McIntosh had a great performance as IU were trying to get physical with him and ran a box and one defense on him to slow him down. Great team win and great team defensive performance. Benson needs to continue to play more minutes as Purdue has its twin tower lineup.

It was louder throughout the game than anytime I remember. Students were great

The BTN announcers said more than once that this was the loudest that they ever heard WR. Great job by the students especially.

It's great to see us deliver a strong win in front of that many excited fans. Who will forget where they were when Sanjay left Thomas Bryant on the deck?

While I always enjoy that chant I wouldn't use it against IU. We have a winning all-time record against them in football.

Anyway, the crowd was great, especially the students. If we can get 5k NU fans plus the students we can create a lot of noise. And it was nice IU fans didn't have much to cheer about after basically the first TV timeout of the game.
