Lmao, ‘anonymous sources’, or unknown fan in this case, sounds like a NY Times/Washington Post story on Trump. This is, at more times than not, is the way these stories begin. Unknown fan claims we’ll be lucky to win one game. How will I ever sleep tonight.

Ask your friend this question, and I ask it to everyone, so do you think with the pitiful quarterback play we had last year, and the oline play that was hideous for most of the season, that we won’t be better? We won 7 last year….We have better receivers, better qb, the RB stable is strong, and the oline is the same. I think 7-5 or 8-4 is doable.
There is also many teams on our schedule like us so the margin of error will be small. Let the games begin.

Why? You all ought to be used to that considering your long, nightmarish history. The coach’s graveyard is always full of hope though.
I remember that - I always wondered when Spurrier asked, "have you ever heard a coach say that??", that several reporters didn't respond with, "yes Coach, by the head coach that preceded YOU here at South Carolina", LOL. Man, ol' Coach Lou wouldn't talk like that during pre-season - he'd talk like that on Wednesdays during game week.......
