Texas is playing Rice tonight. It's not going well for the Owls. Horns 51-0 still in the 3rd. Some young guys are getting some snaps.
Speaking of the SEC, Ole Miss is scoring at will on Tulane its 61-21 and its not even the 4th qtr. Ole Miss has the offense I thought we might have this season.
And seeing Tulane again makes me wonder how in the hell we almost lost to them but then I remember Riley and the offense taking a nap in the 2nd half.

Been watching as many SEC games this year as I can and the one thing that is glaring so far is that SEC teams finish the game no matter how many they are up by at half. They may not score as much in the 2nd half, but they don't let their opponent score either. They seem to finish better than most, at least through 3 weeks I've noticed that. Bama didn't play great but kept Florida at arms length all day. Hopefully by the time OU get's in that league we have learned how to close out a game, if not it could be painful until we do.
You gotta think that OU and Texas will have a big target on the back of their jerseys for the first couple of seasons, at least. That’s all my Alabama and Tennessee kinfolk want to talk about now. No Auburn fans in our family…..that stay in touch.
