Fifty I didn't bring Landry's name up, others did. I just think people miss Landry because he was our last decent qb

It seems a number of OU qb's have transferred over the years. Does anyone remember a former OU qb that stood out at their new school. And yes I remember Troy.

Bomar did all right. He did it at Sam Houston, not exactly a powerhouse program, but they ended up playing in their national championship tournament, and he played well enough to be a fifth round draft choice.

Another quarterback that did really well was Mike Jones who was in Jack Mildren's class in 1968. Mike thought he was better, but was third team behind Jack, and returning senior Mickey Ripley in 1969. He transferred to what was then called Central State, now UCO, and had an all conference kind of career there.

Justin Fuente had a decent career at Murray State and is now a college head coach at Memphis. I believe he played a couple of years of arena ball as a pro.

I was thinking that one of OUr wishbone guys transferred and played elsewhere, ,but the specifics elude me right now.

And of course Kendal Thompson wasn't bad at Utah last season. I think he got close to half the snaps.

Landry was good but not as good as his numbers would indicate. My top QB's under Stoops would be Bradford, White, Heupel, and then Landry. Of course this is only my opinion.

Another website reporting Hansen to Butler Community College. Could not find anything to confirm that statement. If so, I suppose he will be on the field next year with a number of D1 schools pursuing him.
