If you watched the game, I know he plays on special teams. Is he getting in on defensive plays should be your question to JR?
Your OP prompted me to check the box score on the UK Athletics web site. I didn't see Mr. Daniel in the participation report. Something's not right about this (?)

Haven't seen him getting any playing time and he hasn't been mentioned on any participation list. Certainly could have been missed but indications are that he isn't playing. My question...is that from the desire to RS him or is he hurt?
At this point I'd be happy seeing any kid with potential who is willing redshirting. I doubt one or two more true freshman playing are going to make a material difference in this dumpster fire against SEC competition.
Yeah after Free told me that Kash was playing ST, i'm wondering now if I have confused the two players. I wasn't aware of Kash being out there on STs but in a preseason interview with Kengera, he noted that he was on STs so when I saw the name I assumed.
I hate it for him but he is thinking too much which makes him a second too late to fill the gap sometimes.
When a guy leaves a program liked Nebraska and it wasn't because of disciplinary issues, that's kind of a red flag unless they are dropping down.
im pretty sure he came to UK to be closer to home and family. But he did play as a true soph at Nebraska. We also recruited him heavily out of HS.
He played as a RS Frosh (I mistakenly said true soph) in all 12 games. Didn't do too much though. But you are ignoring why he transferred. 1) There was a coaching change; 2) his grandmother and great-grandmother were not very sick (and have since passed) and they both raised him along with his father.

You could be right but a lot of his teammates, like Kash, talked him up pretty good.
Maybe we need to go smaller and quicker and move some players up a position and blitz more. We already are getting manhandled on the defensive front, might as well try to be quicker than the other team.
I agree that the 3-4 isn't working but we don't have the players to run a 4-3 either.
We ran it against nmsu the other night. Ran a 4-3 and 4-2
If u remember the guys didnt know how to line up. Lol. Still was able to get some stops with the 4-3 in the second half.
??? Of course you use DE's in a 4-3. Where do you find them this year? You play them at DE - when you have them.

Saw on 247 that Stoops mentioned that Daniel is on suspension, including this week's game against USC.
So has he been suspended all 3 games so far plus this week? He will supposedly return for Bama game.
You could help yourself by learning how the site works. When you want to ask a question, tag him by putting @JRowland That will send him an alert letting him know someone has a question for him specifically. He's not ignoring you, he just hasn't noticed your thread.

Oh I agree. But Stoops didn't have to be questioned to tell us that. But yes, not sure why nobody thought to ask him about it.
Yeah, another strange example from fall camp: Regie Meant leaving the team for "personal reasons", then shows up on another team's roster a few weeks later.
And the most bizarre instance I have never figured out: Suspending Dorian Baker for a half against State in 2014 for laying out Kendall Beckwith, who was about to clobber Towles.
