You knew it was coming...now how much stuttering does Self do after the axe falls??
The NCAA doesn't have the guts anymore to do anything more than to make them vacate their Final Four appearance. 30 to 40 years ago, they would have been taken off TV, no post season play for 2 years and lost several scholarships.
KU/Self will get a slap in the hand and go on about their business winning the big xii.
This is probably true but the pressure may be to much on the NCAA to let it slide that easily. We know it will be nothing like the old death penalty but I can see them getting a 2 year ban from participating in the tournament.
Sadly these accusations also trickle down to the football program which could make it impossible for Miles at KU to turn that program around.
KU will lose scholarships and 1-2 years post season ban.

Just read an article stating that the FBI investigation is causing some accomplices to testify with immunity from prosecution.

With the Feds involved and immunity on the table, one of Self's cohorts has supposedly turned over phone/text records.
They won't be able to hide behind lack of evidence this time.

This should get him (Self) red faced and stuttering. Pretty sad their pathetic football program also had some improprieties. Old Less Mileage has to hate that pitfall to his attempts. I hope we slap them around next Sat. in the dump. I will be there with bells on...
Another issue with the Feds being involved, the NCAA will not be doling out their "wrist slap" punishment.
