North Carolina is open, Kansas may be open and Kentucky probably will be. I could see Iowa State’s coach and or Michigan’s coach getting hired by one of them. That will leave one school open. This could get interesting.

I think if it hadn’t taken him until year 7 to get Nebraska to this point he would be. If they sustain this level of success he for sure would be.

Fred might look pretty good to Kentucky or North Carolina after: 1) Stevens laughs in their face, 2) Donovan says no, and 3) options 3 and 4 decline. I think North Carolina is in the middle of step 2.

I think he'd do well at Kansas if Self does retire, but I can't see him going to another Big12 school.
