Looks like a guy I rode with on RAGBRAI many years ago (maybe it's the goatee), but I doubt it's him.

This is why people wear shades to remain inconspicuous. Hell, at first, I wasn't just asking about the dude with the yellow tie, but I couldn't tell who the guy on the far right was as well. Then I realized it was BMac, but really only because I used the power of deduction from seeing who was missing from the earlier pics.

Seriously, who is he?

It looks like Michael Phelps to me, but I'm not used to seeing him with his clothes on.
And I just love Scottie's purple bow tie.
