no it wouldn't. KenPom doesn't care about wins or losses, only scoring margins (on a per possession basis). A 1 point win is only 3 points better than a 2 point loss. 3 total point difference wouldn't swing a KenPom rank 15 or 20 spots. As it is, Northwestern moved up 2 spots with the loss from 47 to 45.

We beat Michigan, we are gonna be a top 30-35 KenPom! Currently 45th. Boy, do we need a point guard!
