He seems pretty arrogant or confident....but I'm not sure he's ready for us if we bring our A- game but I expect them to come out with energy. Ole Miss smothered them on D but Oregon is similar to us. They play a lot of Altman's version of a Princeton style offense. I thought this was a good read. Every game in the SEC is a potential loss this year but I think we win this one. I hope I'm right. Lol!

Just curious. What did he do pr say that you thought came off as arrogant? I thought he seemed more worried than arrogant or confident.

I'd need to watch it, for a 3rd time to recall specifics. But that's how it came across to me. Remember too, my comment was that he came across as EITHER arrogant OR confident. There's a difference there, too. Hard to say...One thing that stands out is his confidence that they will give better effort tomorrow. He kinda harped on that. Maybe I took it all wrong but he didn't give Ole Miss credit for their win as much as saying they shoulda coulda won if they had played harder..etc. I saw very little, if any humility on his part.

U watched the opposing coach’s press conference 2 times already? Slow day? 🧐

Actually, about 1.5 times. Was watching it when the phone rang. I just started it over but did because I wanted to hear some of the first half again. It wasn't very long. I still had a pretty busy day. Thank ya!

Will say if I’m a player would like to play for Mark Pope.
Nate Oats is a terrific coach but I like Pope’s approach and positive demeanor better.

I’ve had this game circled since the start of the year. Both teams will go Up and down. Both teams will shoot the 3 at a high clip. I would feel much better about this game had Bama won Tuesday night. It’s going to come down to rebounding long misses and second chance points. I expect Rupp to be loud and hopefully make a difference. I still expect this to be 3-5 points one way or the other the whole game. Buckle up boys!

Nate Oates has that Eeyore energy that I find both boring and mesmerizing somehow simultaneously

Got punked on their home court

"Great Practice yesterday"

"Team Meeting"

Called them out for being soft

Tells me they will hit everything they throw up today.
