I like the show but have zero interest in wrestling and it gets tired after a while. I can’t listen in the day so I can fast forward on a podcast.

Our local guys here in Indy that cover the Hoosiers, Purdue, and the Pacers don't sound anything like what you describe on KSR. They simply discuss basketball, and I never hear folks debating the quality of content. Maybe people should vote with their dial. IDK. I do miss Dan Dakich though. That dude brought truth, and usually spoke very favorably and fairly about Kentucky.

I have never seen a group talk more about someone they claim not to like in my life. Guy just gave an entire rundown of the show to say he hopes the owner doesn't come back. Seems like a sane human for sure.

Very entertaining show. I like Matt and the crew. Don’t listen if you don’t like it. No one forcing you

Matt and I are on the opposite ends politically. That aside, he said something this morning that I had not thought of. He said he felt sorry for the recruits coming in, they will have a hard time overcoming the hate for Cal overshadowing their play and they don't deserve it. This is not a direct quote but something along the line of what he said. I agree with what he said, I really don't care who is coming or going unless it is Cal. Hate it for the kids though, they have no idea what they are coming into.

I personally like KSR.
We all have opinions you know?
If you don’t like the guys I highly advise don’t listen.

You could always start your own podcast or radio show and only talk about UK sports.
But to be honest there is only so much you could talk about UK sports in a weeks time (10 hours a week) until you would just repeat the same stuff over and over and over…..

I also understand why KSR may get on some people’s nerves but again I understand why KSR appeals to some people like myself.
That’s why it’s good to have options and good to know this is one reason why radio manufacturers made a button / dial to change the channel to find something that appeals to your liking better.

Well, you have the obsessed part correct. I’m obsessed with Kentucky basketball, which is why I listen to a show about Kentucky sports religiously. The fact that the host and his cohorts think they are the fanbase and only care about one thing is another story.
