How many days until kickoff? Isn't it down to around 37 days, including today? Why hasn't anyone posted a ticker on this very important topic? I love the summer months, but I hope August flies by and the next thing we know, the Sooners are trotting out onto the field at Reliant Stadium in Houston!
Interesting cover choice given the transgressions of the last 8 months.

I can't see Thomas getting more than a one game suspension, if that.
That first game is the Houston game. If he were on the hook to get a one game suspension, it'd either be shortsighted of the OU athletic department to put him on the front cover for the story about this game, or Stoops even keeps his bosses in the dark about suspensions, because I would bet a dime to a dollar that publications like this from the athletic department at least get a glance by the director before print.
I think Castiglione is smarter than to pat a kid on the back by giving him a front cover yet approve of his suspension for said game.
