Did it guarantee they would lose at A&M. Remember in the past teams would beat us and lose 2 or 3 games after defeating us. I think teams still feel like they have arrived after defeating us.

The way Auburn acted after beating UK, it was obviously the highest point of their year so far. I think the phrase is “act like you’ve been there before”, but it’s obvious they haven’t.

Auburn has pretty much nothing to play for right now.

I’m hoping they are fired up for Senior night and whoop Bama and then turn around and have nothing to play for in the SEC tourney and lose in their first game of the tourney, especially since it’s looking like it will be UK (if we can make it that game).

It might benefit Pearl to rest up his guys for the tourney, especially with Broome banged up.

What effect? After the ten losses, 7 of those teams went on to also win their next game? There doesn’t seem to be much “effect”

You have to look more than this year, and you have to look at the following opponent. There is ample evidence IMO that teams lose games they should normally win at a disproportionate rate after they beat UK.
