Not a true point guard but has good stats . 3 assists and 10 points a game, close to 80 percent from the line and close to 40 percent 3 pt shooter. Has good size and is only a junior.
Might not get but 10 minutes a game but would more than double that next year. Being a Red Raider I got a feeling he plays good D.

This would be a great pickup but I don't see anyone who has played over 30 minutes a game the past 2 years coming to a team where there are 2 incumbents and a highly rated incoming recruit. I hope I'm wrong though.

I could see it if Hurt leaves and we don't add another forward/center. In that case you have Roach, transfer, and one of Moore/keels for the 1 and 2 spots and one of Moore/Keels subbing as a forward. Basically a 7 man rotation. That would give the new guard up to 25+ minutes a game.

Imagine he follows Beard to Texas if it’s a player who’s a good leader on and off the court. He would also be the go to guy at TTU with McClung and Burnet transferring. The only Duke gets consideration is if K assures Edwards that he’ll get 10-12 mins per game at PG and 10 minutes at SG. Who knows? He could come aboard and beat out Roach at PG and/or Keels & Moore at SG.

I'll say it again, unless Hurt stays or we get a stud forward which would push the majority of minutes for whoever doesnt start at the 2 (Moore/Keels) to backup guard duty, there is at least 20 minutes a game available for an incoming combo guard.
Gonzaga had Suggs, Ayaie?, and Kispert on the roster when Nembhard signed with them. All three are projected as solid 1st round picks. Is there anyone out there that would take Roach, Keels, and Moore over that threesome?

You bring up a good point. But transfers probably just see that we have 3 five stars in our backcourt, if you include Moore. But hey, that's what recruiting is for.

Yeah the guards that took them to school from Baylor.
