We must go 1-1 at a minimum, at N Texas & La Tech. That still gives us a decent shot at 6-6.
Line has moved to TU +2.5… so it looks like folks are betting on la tech. Can’t really blame them after looking at what happened last weekend: La tech kept it close with NC State for a lot of the game and we… didn’t.
ESPN FPI is basically 50/50 on this game.
Either way, it’s a must win if we even want to think about the possibility of a bowl game.

NC state is crap, take that for what it's worth.
I'm sure this game will come down to if we make any boneheaded mistakes to give the game away (aka penalties, major special teams errors, etc).
Do we even know who our starting QB will be? Mr. Walkon took a huge step backwards last week.

it was his first time in a very big time atmosphere, he will learn and grow from it. He’s still considered a freshman and he’s played what, 4 games now?
It was the defense they played against that caused Francis to be subpar. The receivers were covered more than not. And if you look at second half of Arkansas St, we didn't pass very well either, once they adjusted to our offense. Francis is our best QB.
