The good news is Izzy Scane is back and scored lots of goals. The other good news is that first year Madison Taylor scored 5 goals.

Watched some on-line. Defense was the problem - Cuse got mostly pretty easy shots.

I wouldn’t call it a heartbreaker. 1st game of season. On the road. Against #5 Syracuse. Losing 4-8 at half, and never had lead in the second half. Tough battle.

Good game with lots of room for improvement. Best news is Scane Train is back.

NU has the luxury of playing a difficult regular season schedule, knowing they will inevitably make the playoffs. KAH uses these games to get her team used to high level competition. It pays dividends at season end.

It was a hearbreaker because the game was tied several times late in the 4th. Best news is that the Scane Train is back AND first year Madison Taylor had 5 goals. Going into the game NU was ranked 4th and Syracuse 5th.
