If there was ever a team and organization that needs a big name it is the Lakers. What a joke!
Even if he “could” be a great coach someday, this is not the starting point.

I've not heard his name since he broke the backboard while playing at Texas Tech.
LeBron is the de facto coach and gm which is why there are always these obscure coaching hires for his teams.
LeBron is one of the best ever but to get him both Cleveland and LA had to give him control of everything including pr. Both times it's taking the same track except in a few years some team is going to have to draft his kid too.
He will be fired in >3 seasons. The roster is a mess. Lebron is old, Davis is Charmin soft, Westbrook isn't a good fit.
