This is an interesting listen. As I am listening I am wondering how accurate this is; is Jay Paterno bright enough to orchestrate a take over of the University? He always struck me as a bit of a putz.

FWIW: Arrington is paid (well) by Kraft/PSU Athletics to be a "social media influencer". (Same w Jason Cabinda and many other former ballplayers)
To say his tirade lacks connection to reality (or common sense) would be a vast understatement - obviously.
Does that result from simple hot-take ignorance? Or due to receiving marching orders from his/their masters? Who knows - but the result is the same.

Arrington has always been and will remain one of my all time favorites but I agree with your take here.
If Jay were "undermining" and "sabotaging" the coaching search he is in breach of his fiduciary duty and PSU has evidence of it. That constitutes grounds for his ouster from the Board and potential legal action. Is LaVar confident enough in his assertions to put money on that happening?
