Surprised and disappointed that Law wasn't even a 2nd round pick. In this age of position-less basketball, his ability to defend, I would have expected him to draw more interest. Hoop dreams are tough...

Reading about what the Lakers are doing and how their GM doesn't have much of a clue, I wouldn't be surprised if someone like Law ended up there. They are going to have to fill out their roster with a lot of cheap darts that might have no NBA experience, and they can do worse than someone like him. Not that anyone should have to suffer through that poor management, but it would be a nice education to work with LeBron and AD.

I did see that the Lakers picked up former Wildcat recruit THT.

Vic will likely have to pay his dues in the G League or overseas, but very few can defend 2s, 3s, and stretch 4s like he can. His best bet to stick in the NBA is to be a lockdown defender a la Bruce Bowen back in the day.
