He's gonna be a 5th year senior. He is open to leave as a graduate transfer. There has been nothing said about whether he is coming back for his 5th year.
If he had announced to the staff that he was going to do anything other than come back, likely he would have been in the Sr Day festivities. Still could change his mind but choices of where he might go are somewhat limited as I see his dad at every game and I do not see that changing. And now TG basically says he is going to be back. He would be a solid anchor for next years team and he would get to play with a bunch of pretty talented guys.

Law is our best player. Glad he is back

I believe Law was CC’s first recruit. I would be shocked if he would leave. He has been an integral part of the team and would return as our top scoring threat along with DP. Without Mac and Lindsey he should have many more scoring opportunities.

I believe have a better chance of losing a screen name wager to Fitzphile than Law has of grad transferring . Have we ever had a grad transfer out of the program?

Law will definitely be back next year. He predicted the new arena when he signed and now he'll get the chance to reap those rewards!

...and he wouldn't want to miss out on our second ever NCAA tournament.

Per tribune:

“Law will return for his fifth season, saying he’s eager to lead along with Dererk Pardon and Jordan Ash.

“Northwestern is my home,” he said. “As loyalty to these guys, I owe them everything I’ve got.””

That’s what I was looking for and expected!

I LOVE LAW!!

In the words of a long lost radio personality, is it wrong?

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. If he never played a game, he earned every cent of his scholarship with his leadership and enthusiasm.

I will admit that Law is my favorite NU player of this generation. Why? He brings it every night and plays until he is exhausted. I am not sure he will get much better from where he is unless he develops the ability to drive the lane but I expect he will give us the same next year, a few crazy games where he hits everything, all big ten defense, 100% effort.

There was never a doubt. There are some things in life you worry about... Vic Law returning for his final season is not one of them.

Have you watched any of the interviews with Vic this season? He's my favorite NU player behind the mic, no excuses, no BS. A real stand-up guy.

"Nah, he's just another player I rebound against".

"I use my hands too much."

"They kicked our *** two times last year....."

"All the Illinois fans and that rah rah stuff they do....."
