I want him flashing to the lane and calling for the ball. I want him thinking about being the best scorer on the court, instead of being the best teammate on the court.

He needs to believe he's too good to just fit in. He needs to seek dominance.

He's a very, very good player. I want him to believe he's good enough for first-team all league this year, and conference player of the year next year.
