Who is really being disrespectful here? Frivolous complaint about Phil Jackson. How can a guy who has coached probably more black people than LeBron has ever known be remotely racist? This business of determining someone is racist or not is getting a little ridiculous. The word posse', even in the context Phil Jackson has used it, is not a bit mean-spirited or racist in intent. This appears to be one more attempt to define a word the way you think it is as opposed as using it as it really is. Spin we call that. For LeBron to insinuate that Phil Jackson, of all people, is the least bit racist, and then to publicly say something about it, is just someone who needs to grow up. Phil Jackson is from North Dakota--they say posse' there a lot to describe lots of things. With Jackson's track record, it is LeBron who is being disrespectful here. He needs to get some perspective, be respectful of his elders, and get a life.

This constant word policing and deeming every single thing racist no matter how innocuous has to stop... not sure when it started, or when it got this bad/obnoxious, but I sincerely hope its reached its peak.

Lebron seems to be intent on being some type of activist like Muhammad Ali as opposed to Michael Jordan who stayed out of politics.

Lebron is a douche though and the word "racist" no longer means anything because it is constantly said ALL THE DAMN TIME by Democrats and African Americans. It's tiresome and frankly, people are sick of the constant crying and policing of speech and tiptoeing around SJWs and the black community.

It's true all of My North Dakotan friends are posse this and posse that. It's non-stop with them. "I need to stop by the liquor store and pick up a posse of beers for the weekend." "Did you see that posse of buffalo roam by the homestead last night." "I love eating pretzels. I just reach in the bag and grab 'em by the posse"

It's stupid, but I legit don't believe LBJ makes these statements on behalf of himself. I think it's a posse decision. From day 1, his posse has been scrutinized by a lot of people, and yes they "get money", he's fn Lebron, but there is no loyalty there, and he's just a soulless corporate puppet. The way he junps ship is *****, the way he chooses his coacches is *****.

Lebron James made me like and respect Kobe very much.

What is a non-racist way to describe a posse? His handlers, his clique, his gang, his groupies.
