I'm not an insider but this is what I'm hearing:

Duval and Knox to Duke possibly as early as next week.

Frank Jackson working out for NBA teams to get feedback on improving his game. Possibility that he stays in the draft.

Duval
Allen
Knox
Carter
Bolden

Bench:
Trent Jr.
O'Connell
DeLaurier
Vrank
White

Let's just wait and see on all of this. I promise it's OK to tune back in two weeks and see where we are at.

Lets assume for a minute it all plays out as you said. Personally I do think we have seen last of Frank anyway, but would love to be wrong. Its a potent line-up, w/a couple beasts inside potentially in Bolden and Carter.Knox creates match-up problems for many defenses at the 3, we have our confident senior leader in Allen and best pg since Tyus....Trent creates a situation where we really have 6 starters....

We really need Jackson back and Knox to end up at Duke to have a strong bench. If Knox and/or Jackson don't come through, we are looking at once again having a consistent 7 player rotation. Just don't see O'Connell, Vrank and White being steady contributors, so we would have Trent Jr and DeLaurier coming off the bench for steady minutes if Knox commits.

If Knox doesn't commit, will either have a 3 guard lineup w/ Trent Jr or start DeLaurier at SF and have no depth on the bench.

We really need to hit on all 3 players (Duval, Knox and Jackson) to be successful next year.

K has done well with 8 players
4 bigs in rotation with one being a combo forward
4 back court players

This lineup I love, having 3 players 6"8 and higher who can block shots will be a treat compared to last year where we rarely had bigs in. Jackson could have the opportunity to be the backup point guard to Duval, but at this point I think he would rather get guaranteed money than be a backup. If Jackson does leave, I'm sure Grayson would have to be backup PG but I did not like him in that position, I prefer him to play off the ball and shoot open threes.

If Coach K comes back, we're probably looking at another 7 player rotation. It is who he is, and so far one of the very few things he's not flexible on.

Year after year I don't understand why Duke fans can't see this. Like it or not there is no reason whatsoever to think that K will change this strategy.

Some on here are answering their own questions. Especially when you factor in Jacksons decision to test the waters.

Duval
Bench rotation
Starting spots
Need to be more of a pg but will remain at combo.

These kids ask the same questions to their selfs as we wonder about next season
