OUr defense is leaps and bounds above previous years when even the weakest teams were not afraid to test their chances on 4th downs. I've a good feelin "sooner magic" is gonna rear it's ugly head right quick. I'm feeling it.
I think it's a possibility that it was less a Texas hangover but more the fact that Bama just isn't very good. They've played 3 qb's. None seems very good at least for awhile.

They were on the road for USF. But the gist of what you're referencing is accurate. I'm not sure that the impressive win over Bama, qualifies them for juggernaut status just yet.
South Bamie will soon have Gundy under intense scrutiny as the stands become emptier. Glad we got Trace Ford from them. He is a baller for our defense.
