Looked in on Terry and Rich

Out of curiosity I watched a short bit of the Louisiana Lemon-Monroe game against LSU tonight.

Both have 4-6 records. Score was 17-7 with LSU ahead, of course, in the 3rd quarter.

What struck me was how much head coach Terry Bowden and offensive coordinator Rich Rodriguez have aged.

We all do, of course, but it shocked me.

Rich did a lot for WVU. Terry did a lot for Akron, an impossible place to coach.

Once a Mountaineer always a Mountaineer always applies for me.

Not that I want either to return to WVU. But I appreciate what Rich did at WVU and what Terry’s father did at WVU.

Always.

Dude. You've been preaching for them to return forever. Quit with the lies.

Too bad the coaches don't feel the same way about once a mountaineer always a mountaineer. Theirs is more like once successful I can leave this place behind.

One thing I saw, because I was curious as well, was Rod throwing a temper tantrum on the sidelines like a 3 year old that was told he can't have a sucker before dinner.

Do you have an observation chair in the corner of your bedroom?

Poor CFE can't help himself. He and UpChucky Landon need to share a barroom and swap stories of the good old days of WVU and Marshall football.
