Was curious about some things for a webpage like a banner, and some smaller banner with a logo and some text on it, as well as a twitter banner, and a game I play iracing.com allows you to download a car template where you can custom paint it yourself, but I am not very good with paintshop or gimp and was wanting someone else to do it, have no problem paying for your time as long as it is good quality work.

Just depends on how qualified the person is I guess. I certainly wouldn't pay anything for someone to just throw something together, I can manage that myself. I want a high quality of work, anyone who can do what I am wanting done will have a ballpark price range in mind. Normally this stuff goes for probably 50-60 bucks (because people who know their way around the programs it wouldn't take them very long to do what I need done)
