Spent four incredible days at LTL, left last night after AIC.

General thoughts...

KISS puts on the greatest show in the world and Paul Stanley sounds like an old Jewish man.

NIN was great.

I wish Slipknot had played a longer set.

The Warning is great.

So is Tetrarch.

GWAR was incredibly over the top fun.

The main stages were brutal in the late afternoon unless you were close enough to have the stages block the sun.

The crowds were huge Friday and Saturday. How did they compare to previous years?

If you were wearing UK gear and a guy with a giraffe tattoo on his arm said "Go Cats" as you passed, we met.

Kiss always puts on a good show - and yes Stanley's voice is on its last legs...

A guy I work with said RHCP sounded terrible and they cut their set short and just left the stage without saying a word.

I attended Friday evening…
- Slipknot was great, and I agree as I was surprised they didn’t play a longer set.
- I thought Shinedown was great too.
- GWAR - They were like a concert/comedy act, all in one. I didn’t know much of their music but really enjoyed their performance.
- Crown the Empire - they were playing when we arrived. I heard the roaring from their stage, didn’t know who they were, but headed over to check them out. I thought they killed it. I’ve downloaded about a dozen of their songs since Friday.
- Even if you don’t like the music, the crowd watching by itself was worth the price of admission. Lots of costumes, crazy hairdos, and a lady carrying around a Chucky doll. 🤣
