NC State is reeling this year. One of their d linemen entered the transfer portal this week. Not gonna be a huge crowd. Cards jump up early then fend off NC State comeback 36-24

I’m here in Raleigh for the game. Could be 100% rain, 40 degrees but wind chill in the 30’s.. not going to be pleasant weather wise. But will be better when we become bowl eligible! Go Cards!!

Really concerned about what happens if we don’t have Becton. He’s so dominant that he makes defenses focus on his side of the formation.

Even though I agree with your comment about “defense focus” I also believe we’ll be fine with or without him. Maybe it’s time to build our OL depth. And is it a given that we are going to be without him?

Not a given. Just what I expect. I’m certainly ok with building OL depth, but what I’d prefer for this game is to have an OT so dominant that a defense devotes extra players to his side of the field ... and that’s exactly what Becton is....
