Guy's a helluva prospect, 10 SEC offers out of HS. Hope they can get him on campus for a visit.
I don't see it actually happening, but I agree it is a smart move for several reasons.
I also think getting Coach Coen back emboldens UK's recruiting of offensive skill prospects.
I'll happily trade Goodwin for Lagway if I could make that happen.
How about we also go after the "10 or so" targets UT has offered for 2025?
If you are referencing the 10 QB prospects TN has offered in the 2025 class, UK has already offered 3 of them and Stoops is about to be visited by a 4th one from OH. Stoops is looking for QBs who fit his system and his locker room. Coen will put his stamp on QB recruiting. It won't always be an identical list to TN's. For example, TN did not offer Devin Leary as a hs senior or as a NC St transfer.
BTW, Stoops has offered 7 QB prospects for 2025, and is very close to offering an eighth one.
Doesn't matter what we think "we see," as recent weeks have shown us. A lot of people didn't think we'd bring in what we have at varying positions of need, but the coaches have done so. We all wind up seeing differently I the end.

I dont care what the UT staff does, even if it seems like desperately trying to throw stuff at a wall to see what sticks. We will offer those we think fit best. They're doing a great job imo

I think it will be a lot easier after seeing Levis going high in the 1st round of the draft and then Leary being projected high 1st also.
