Some of the elite schools in football sure can turn on a coach quickly and fire them. Miles did win a national title at LSU and it's hard to believe the man just suddenly forgot how to coach the game of football. I know he hasn't had LSU looking like the best in the country the last couple of years, but it seems some of these elite football schools need to go through a lifetime of Kentucky football before they fire a coach like Miles. I don't know about you guys, but i would take Miles as Kentucky football coach and look forward to our football future. Maybe i'm wrong and Miles deserves to be fired, it just seems odds a guy that has won a national title in football just suddenly doesn't know how to coach the game at a high level. I am always left wondering why a school like LSU can never bring in a good QB. It seems like everytime i watch a game of LSU, they have a QB playing that can not complete a accurate pass 10 yards down the field. I'll agree it's nice to have a guy back there that can run if needed, but what good does being able to run the ball at QB if you can't pass the football? It's crazy to think about a coach not knowing how to win anymore when he has in the past. I guess it does happen all the time.
