LSU vs. Texas A & M

Now 7-7. As a CFB fan, it's a shame A&M and UT no longer play each other to close out the season. My wife questions why / how Mizzou and A&M got into the SEC and I tell her it's all about the $$$$. Oh well.
How must Charlie Strong feel after they pretty much we're going to fire him (they still may) in order to get Tom Herman. Now that looks like he's going to LSU and Charlie Strong sits at Texas pretty much feeling unwanted there.
I think Strong is out one way or two. I still think Herman ends up at UT. I don't think he signs until he finds out what Texas has to offer. His agent is playing this beautifully IMO.
That would be funny if Texas misses out because they didn't publicly fire Strong sooner. Hopefully they are stuck with a coordinator that ends up keeping them down for another 4 years. They deserve it with the way they are trying to control their conference and getting the special treatment with the Longhorn Network.
