Anybody heard of it? Is it wi-fi by itself or a booster for your existing system. I happen to live in a great Lexington neighborhood that happens to have crappy Time Warner and Windstream internet.

You should look into Whispa wifi OP. Much quieter than regular wifi. You won't hear much talk about it, but believe me, it's there.
